Admin & Event Coordinator (Junior) (1 Position)
The International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC), a not-for-profit organization, seeks to employ an Admin & Event Coordinator in order to increase the capacity of its Executive Office to support the membership services and its goal of Investing in Cambodia’s Future.
- Facilitate and make plans for projects, meetings, and events.
- Manage event operations and oversee event happenings.
- Take minutes of the meetings.
- Liaise with various vendors, government ministries, and the private sector.
- Circulate information to and from the IBC office and its members.
- Assist and undertake other tasks, particularly administrative work, assigned by supervisors.
- Cambodian nationals only.
- Proficient English Language & computer skills ( Ms. Office, Email/Outlook...etc).
- Attention to detail, well-organized with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration and negotiation ability.
- Experience organizing events and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Degree in Professional communication, public relations, business administration or relevant field is preferred.
