Announcement Positions

Admin & Accountant

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Admin
  • Welcome visitor or client and report a list
  • Pick up phone call and transfer to the right department
  • Receive incoming documents and send to the right person
  • Send out document and record
  • Prepare meeting room and set up on time
  • Copies, print and scan documents to keep in folder
  • Archive internal and external documents such as; Client agreement, Agent agreement ensure keep in right folder
  • Purchase stationaries, control inventory ensure everything not run out off
  • Support processing department to process client documents, collect documents, transfer to translation company
  • Work with relevant ministry
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • Another task related will be assign by director
  • Accountant
  • Prepare expenses report statement
  • Issued invoice & receipt to client
  • Work with Tax service to declare monthly and yearly tax and solve problem on time
  • Work with bank
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Female
  • At least 1-year experiences on admin or accountant skill
  • Good at English
  • Computer literacy Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet & Email
  • Good communication skill, management, customer handling skills
  • Well organized creative
  • Immediate availability an advantage
  • Bachelor Degree on Management or Accountant
  • Fresh graduate is warm welcome
