Accounting & Tax Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Account Receivables:
- Timely send statement of accounts (SOA) to customers
- Regularly follow up payment from customers and recharges from affiliates
- Deposit cheque at bank
- Review and scan invoices for document retention in proper manner
- Account Payables:
- Assist in accurately reviewing invoices from suppliers – amount, company/VAT information and approval per DOA
- Validate Employee expense claim, inspect for non-compliance to T&E policy and process the replenishment
- Record payable invoices with accurate journal entry in accounting system according to chart of account
- Prepare payment voucher (PV)
- Issue cheque payment and record/scan the payment
- Properly file documents for retention
- Timely prepare and reconcile supplier payables listing
- Assist in preparing/verifying DP/WS incentive calculation
- Fixed Assets:
- Assist in updating fixed assets register, depreciation schedule and asset tagging
- Support fixed asset physical count (2 times per year) and reconciliation
- Month-end and Year-end closing:
- Prepare and book month-end accruals: A&D cash incentive, SG&A accrual, Consumer A&P & Trade A&P accrual with sufficient supporting documents
- Collect bank statements and perform bank reconciliation
- Perform monthly BS account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing accrual listing, prepayment listing and fixed asset listing
- Taxes:
- Assist in preparing monthly tax return: sales record and purchase record in which consist of VAT In/Out, PLT, Withholding Tax and PCIT
- Cross-check CIT computation from tax agent, before manager’s review, including but not limited to:
- Non-deductible expenses/non-taxable incomes
- Tax depreciation vs accounting depreciation
- Interest deductibility calculation and related-party transactions
- Properly arrange supporting documents to tax agent in time
- Assist in updating monthly tax reporting
- Financial reports:
- Assist in preparing P&L, BS and CF
- Assist in preparing other analysis deemed necessary and required by line manager
- External and Tax Audit
- Assist in properly arranging sufficient documents for audits
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance
Work History:
- Experience in accounting and finance role in FMCG company, showing sound knowledge of double entry, financial statements and other accounting tasks for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Own good analytical skills
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office. Some experience in accounting software is a plus

Trade Specialist Executive
Position Circumstances

Reporting to : Central Sales Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers through follow-ups to identify future needs or ongoing plans to increase product share on shelves
- Ensure stock availability and correct display of products
- Support price updates, promotions, and special displays to boost sales.
- Responding client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and other information.
- Support commercial agreements, including pricing, promotions, and signing off by customer upon the deal is close.
- Check and verify product pricing before preparing and sending Sales Orders to customers and the sales team.
- Coordinate with logistics team to prepare and deliver the products, and ensure delivery efficiency
- Coordinate with credit control, cash management to complete deposit and payment process
- Preparing sales report.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
Work History:
- Retail or Sales for 1 to 2 years as a minimum

- Knowledge of the alcohol industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
