Accounting Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data (A/R, A/P, G/L, fixed assets, cash collections/deposit, Bank reconcile and others) to produce accurate, reliable and timely financial reports.
- Ensure all accounting processes comply with Cambodian Accounting Standards and internal company policies and procedures.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Depreciation schedules and fixed assets monitoring sheet.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, manage supplier payments, and stock count.
- Effectively manage and organize accounting documents to ensure they are properly filed and easily retrieved when needed.
- Monthly Payroll and Month end adjustment and closing entry.
- Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded and reconciled regularly
- Work closely with tax agency related activities, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory tax filings, ensuring compliance with Cambodian tax laws.
- Liaise with cooperative individuals such as TBE’s Management, Operation team, and external third parties
- Perform other tasks assigned by Finance Manager
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- 3 – 5 years of accounting or finance experience in a controller or senior accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks…) and Microsoft office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good commend in English
Soft Skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with effective communication and interpersonal skills
