Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Issue Invoices and Receipts
  • Book keeping on Quickbook
  • Process Account Receivables / Accounts Payables. This includes:
  • Attaching invoices to printed Checks / Receipts
  • Routing for signature by GM/ Director
  • Preparing weekly deposits and fill out cash control sheet daily
  • Control fixed assets
  • Reconcile bank statement
  • Petty cash management -Prepare payroll
  • Prepare financial statements (Income statement and Balance sheet)
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, eVAT, reporting and other tax requirements, and provide support during litigation involving financial issues, and handle NSSF payment
  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Other projects as assigned by GM/ Director
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Age 20~35
  • Language English: Good
  • Year of Exp.at least 5 years
  • Bachelor degree in field of Accounting, Finance or other related fields
  • At least 1 years experience in Accounting or related fields
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel Skills and good English
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge on computer Literacy (Microsoft word and Advance Excel)
  • Strong calculation skill
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule -Honest, working hard, and quick learner -Good in English speaking and writing
