We concentrate on the education for children, particularly the marginalized people, so that they can gain knowledge and develop talents in order to face the future challenges. We provide education from kindergarten to high school, and also have university student sponsorship programme.

Accounting Manager

Position Summary

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Phnom Penh, Sen Sok

This position is to provide financial support, taxation handling, financial procedure control, procurement financial monitoring, and ensuring smooth & effective operation of a local NGO.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
  • High-level financial reporting and analysis
  • Regular budget consolidation
  • Cash flow management
  • Improving efficiencies and cost reduction
  • Preparing company tax and BAS statements
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
  • Coordinating with external financial consultant and tax agency, as required
  • Payroll processing
  • Preparing financial reports and analysis findings for management or oversea executive teams
  • Supervising and training junior staff
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on financial management and budget control
  • Bachelor Degree in accounting management, financial banking management or any relevant degrees
  • Proven financial monitoring skills
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office and accounting software
  • Competent in verbal and written English
  • Good communication and management skills
  • Well developed leadership skills
  • Detailed oriented individual with good analytical/problem solving skill
  • Good time management and scheduling skills
 
 

Accounting Clerk

Position Summary

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Pailin, Pailin City

This position is to provide financial support, financial procedure control, procurement financial monitoring, and ensuring smooth & effective operation of a NGO.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Providing assistant to Accounting Manager in Phnom Penh on any financial related requirements
  • Bookkeeping for all local branches
  • Collecting school fees, handing out receipts and updating records
  • Daily processing and validating expense claims, checking and balancing of financial reports and controlling budget
  • Daily data entering into voucher summary after validation and reporting to the Accounting Manager regularly
  • Maintaining filing system, contacts database, employee lists, and inventories
  • Ensuring timely payment of regular transactions such as rent, utility bill and telecommunication
  • Preparing financial report and handling monthly taxation requirements
  • Ensuring compliance of financial policies and taxation requirements
  • Ordering office supplies and stock stationaries
  • Preparing & updating office asset list including physical verification of records
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 1 experience in bookkeeping and accounting administration
  • Bachelor Degree in accounting management, financial banking management or any relevant degrees
  • Knowledgeable experience in budget handling and bookkeeping
  • Financial monitoring skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Competent in verbal and written English
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office and accounting software
  • Detailed oriented individual with good analytical/problem solving skill
  • Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
