Accounting Manager
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating department tasks.
- Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors
- Maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.
- Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
- Presenting recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
- Providing financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract
- Generating monthly and yearly tax reports
- At least 3-5years experiences in field of taxation or accounting
- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
- Certain knowledge of general principle of accounting and tax law
- Expert of Quick Book & Excel
- Fluent in English both Writing and Speaking
- Communication skills and leadership
- Multilingual such as Chinese is favorable
- Senior experience in accounting and auditing firm is favorable
Administrative Officer
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Maintain hard-copied personnel filing in the filing cabinet
- Update hard copy personnel filing and database system
- Check and monitor employee’s attendance, and generate monthly attendance report at the end of each month to submit it to HR department and accounting department
- Handle requests for information and employee data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events and travel arrangements for managers or staff, or other related to the business operations
- Hire maintenance vendors to repair or replace the damaged office equipments
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Assist the HR department with job postings on social media, interviews, training, etc
- Perform other duties as requested by the management team

- At least 2 years of experience
- University degree (Masters Level preferred) in Management or related field.
- Able to work on multi-tasks or projects
- Willing to constantly learn and develop standards to leverage both personal and organizational levels
- Able to analyze key and important priorities
Sale Executive
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Make daily, weekly and monthly sales report.
- Keep and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Deal with potential customer for promotion and selling products.
- Update all sales activities, potential customer profile and collect customer’s profile.
- Search and make schedule to meet up with new customers (If in need)
- Be able to flexible with the time schedule.
- Any others task or responsibility can be assigned by Management team.
- 4th year university student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Sale, Business, and others related field.
- At least 1 year working experiences.
- Customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork.
- Be honest, patient, high responsibility.
- Can communicate in English, more preferable if can speak Chinese.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Willing to study and challenge from new things.
Sales Indoor

Expectations - - Greeting the customer.

Stock Controller
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Update Daily Stock in/out Report
- Record Purchase Order
- Control Inventory Stock
- Receiving goods from suppliers.
- Assisting in checking the correctness and condition of deliveries.
- Labelling items for pricing, storage, and transfer.
- Assisting with stock-taking activities.
- Notifying supervisors and managers of inventory levels.
- Supporting the warehouse manager in the course of their duties.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalency
- At least 1-year experiences in related field.
- Good computer skill
- Be able to use English (Chinese is a plus)
- Honest, self-motivated, hardworking responsible person good morality.
