Accounting and Admin Assistant (01 position)
The Accounting and Admin Assistant assists in managing the company's accounting and administrative tasks under the guidance and supervision of the top-level management. The role will be about performing the company's bookkeeping, human resources and administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparation daily sales invoices and payment vouchers and keep it in order.
- Assist in preparation of payroll for employees.
- Assist in preparation of monthly tax return documents and submission.
- Assist in keeping accounting book and checking its records for the office and project.
- Organize equipment and materials in office and arranging purchase of equipment and materials for office and project activities.
- Assist in following up the payment from clients if necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by accountant or supervisor.
- Currently a year 2 to year 4 university student with degree of Accounting or Finance or related fields.
- Fair in English in speaking, writing, reading and listening.
- Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, internet and Email).
- With or without working experience.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Loyalty and enthusiasm.
- Open-minded attitude in continuous learning and improvement.
Stock Assistant (01 position)
The Stock Assistant helps stock manager/management team to handle in-outflow supplies with a variety practical administrative tasks. The stock assistant also assists the purchasing team to maintain adequate stock levels, in dispatching supplies that have been ordered. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with supply chain procedures have good communication to interact with management and colleagues.
- Ensure stock timely purchasing, shipping confirmations, and manage inventory balances.
- Enter shipping inventory in computer system.
- Help manage purchasing orders.
- Verify receipts check procurement contents if orders complete.
- Track ensure deliveries received.
- Report damaged items.
- Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
- Maintain purchased, pricing and supplier records.
- Currently a year 2 to year 4 university student with degree of Management, Accounting or Finance or related fields.
