Accountant Officer

JOB SCOPE
A KYŌ Omakase Accountant Officer handles the financial record keeping of an organization. Accounting officers prepare invoices, record payments, and manage the expenses of the organization.
- Posting the daily sales in General Journal Entries by separated the type of chart account in QuickBooks and type of sale in excel file.
- Reconcile the daily sales transaction with all bank account statements
- Issue the other sale invoices of customer and employee account receivable
- Adjust the error sale report in the receipt and posting
- Booking the tip for staff in bank account by separated from revenue
- Preparing bank deposit transaction report and verify the cash deposit in bank account and general ledger posting.
- Prepared the daily payments and process the payment voucher summit to owner
- Collecting daily invoices on credit term from kitchen operation
- Clarify the amount of invoices of spending
- Record the suppliers invoice in enter bill report in type of chart account of expenses
- Review the petty cash invoices and processing expense
- Prepare expenses, invoices and other accounting documents by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Identify the expense that is fixed asset and depreciation in the end of month
- Handle the payments that deposit to suppliers and clear the final balance through the contract
- Booking the different type of expenses and posted in vendor payables
- Collecting all the missing invoices from kitchen team or suppliers
- Pay off a short-term debt and on credit term to its or suppliers by verify the monthly statement with the suppliers
- Process the payment vouchers for each supplier in the end of month
- Verify the amounts and bank information from vendors to processing credit term payments
- Checked the staff payroll and prepare the service charge
- Other task assign by manager
- The ideal KYŌ Omakase Accounting Officer should be able to successfully contribute to the organization's financial efficiency, while maintaining records of expenditure and profits accurately. You will have a complete understanding of KYŌ Standards of Operations, Policies, Culture, and Objectives. On a functional level, you should have the following skills:
- Work experience as an Account Officer, Account Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Time-management abilities
- BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
Assistant Restaurant Manager
REPORT TO: Manager
DEPARTMENT: OPEARATION
JOB SCOPE
A KYŌ Omakase Assistant Restaurant Manager's duties include scheduling shifts, balancing cash registers and also address customers' complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
- Coordinate communication between front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house staff
- Prepare shift schedules
- Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling training and ordering uniforms)
- Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Record all income and expenses, make sure cash registers are balanced at the end of every shift
- Assistant restaurant managers also ensure that the restaurant complies with all applicable safety and health regulations.
- Being impartial, trustworthy, and innovative will help candidates get job consideration

- Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
- Upright calculation and reporting skills
