We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our Company.

Position Summary

Reporting line : Finance Manager

Schedule : Monday -Friday (Full-time).

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Account Receivable
  • Setup new customers in Peachtree Accounting System
  • Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payment in Peachtree Accounting System
  • Maintain and organize support for customer remittances
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary
  • Assist in month-end financial statements close
  • Create customer invoices according to sale orders or contracts
  • Follow up payments from customers and business partner to ensure the payments are made timely and on monthly basis
  • Site payment collection in some serious case
  • Issue credit memo for any sale returns from customers
  • Reconcile sale reports from all provinces on monthly basis with business partners
  • Reconcile Aging Report and agree Aging Report to GL account on monthly basis
  • Cash on Hand
  • Collect cash from customers and input the cash into a cash register or deposit into bank accounts
  • Count money in cash drawers and safe at regular time to ensure that amounts are correct and consistent with cash register
  • Calculate total payments in cash received during a time period
  • Pay company or Government bills by cash record it into a cash register
  • Manage cash to ensure that it is safe and there is adequate cash available for operation
  • Keep the cash on hand as low as possible and within the approval target low
  • Keep all supporting documents properly

  • Support the financial statements audit
  • Assist in month-end financial statements close
  • Other tasks as assigned by a supervisor
Requirements:
  • 1 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Results driven with the ability to work independently and minimum supervision
  • Team work and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, and Power Point)
 
 

Corporate Sale Coordinator

Position Summary

Report Line : Retails Sale Manager

Schedule : Monday -Friday (Full-time)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Retails Sales and NGO Sales
  • Make frequent contacts with existing and potential customers/retailers/NGOs through both phone call and direct visits.
  • Assist in planning and projection for corporate sale channel.
  • Attend relevant local NGO and government events, Conferences and sector meetings to network and promote Hydrologic produce.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management process and tool to track leads, next step, orders, delivery and customer service follow up
  • Prepare and communicate accurate quotes to all corporate customers.
  • Involve in collect, monitor and use up-to-date sales data to analyze on developing relevant strategies to achieve corporate channel targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summary sale reports for management
  • Support institutional Sales Representative to receive calls and emails, process orders.
  • Monitor brand performance i.e., track throughput sales (B2B, B2C, NGO)
  • Financial Management
  • Support finance to reconcile monthly sale report
  • Follow up the sales by cash/credit from NGO Sales, Retails Sales with the finance team
  • Logistic/ Inventory
  • Work closely and collaborate with logistic team to make sure that all the corporate sale orders are delivery on time
  • Close stock balance monthly and reconcile the stock in the month
  • Administrative Duties
  • Manage Stores in all locations including travelling to visit.
  • Manage and compile sales related documents (Memo, Contract, Announcement, Quotation…ets.)
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in general administration
  • Experience managing budgets and project expense
  • Bachelor degree of Sale, Marketing, Business Management or another related field.
  • Spoken and written English
  • Fully proficient with MS office.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build on-going relationship with customer.
  • Strong organization and planning skill
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Willingness to work under pressure and independent.
 
 

Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

Schedule : Monday -Friday (Full-time)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manages Tunsai brand and sub-brand - promotes the brand within and outside of Cambodia to raise awareness of the brand with the goal of increasing sales and hits sales target as set by the Management
  • Helps creating direction of the brand and its reach and maintains this direction by overseeing all marketing activities
  • Develops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing products with the goal of increasing sales
  • Initiates new and creative method to market Tunsai brand, mainly in Cambodia market
  • Manage and optimize digital ads across different digital platforms
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Develop Video content managing social media, planning & writing to affective post for Facebook page.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing tools included Google AdWords, YouTube ads and other social media ads to increase company's brand awareness.
  • Conduct community management to ensure it is well responded to any inquiry
  • Identify digital trends and insights to make the proposition
  • Evaluate the digital performance to make the plan adjustment
  • Manage company website to ensure it is up-to-date and live the new contents
  • Other duties will be assigned by general manager
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related fields
  • Proficiency in Computer Skills, adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, WordPress…
  • Good communication Skills
  • Content creation and creativity
