- Account Receivable
- Setup new customers in Peachtree Accounting System
- Ensure correct coding of all customer invoices and payment in Peachtree Accounting System
- Maintain and organize support for customer remittances
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Reconcile customer statements and correct discrepancies as necessary
- Assist in month-end financial statements close
- Create customer invoices according to sale orders or contracts
- Follow up payments from customers and business partner to ensure the payments are made timely and on monthly basis
- Site payment collection in some serious case
- Issue credit memo for any sale returns from customers
- Reconcile sale reports from all provinces on monthly basis with business partners
- Reconcile Aging Report and agree Aging Report to GL account on monthly basis
- Cash on Hand
- Collect cash from customers and input the cash into a cash register or deposit into bank accounts
- Count money in cash drawers and safe at regular time to ensure that amounts are correct and consistent with cash register
- Calculate total payments in cash received during a time period
- Pay company or Government bills by cash record it into a cash register
- Manage cash to ensure that it is safe and there is adequate cash available for operation

Corporate Sale Coordinator

- Retails Sales and NGO Sales
- Make frequent contacts with existing and potential customers/retailers/NGOs through both phone call and direct visits.
- Assist in planning and projection for corporate sale channel.
- Attend relevant local NGO and government events, Conferences and sector meetings to network and promote Hydrologic produce.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer relationship management process and tool to track leads, next step, orders, delivery and customer service follow up
