Working Day: Monday to Friday (Public holidays off)
Working Time: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Head Chef (1 Position)
Open to both local and foreign applicants
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $800 – $2,000 (depending on experience and skills)

Working Days:
- Shift-based, according to the company calendar (6 days per week)
Working Hours:
- Main Branch: 9:00–13:30 / 16:00–21:30
- Hotel Branch:
- 4:30–9:30
- 10:30–13:30
- 16:30–21:30
(Work schedule of Hotel Branch will consist of either combination 12 or 23)
- Experience as a chef in Japanese cuisine
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
- Passion for food quality and presentation
