Cambodia Pepper and Spices Federation (CPSF) was officially established at Siem Reap in November 2019 with the technical assistance of CIRD and HEKS in close collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, IFC-World Bank and Grow Asia as well as key pepper value chain actors. CPSF was officially registered at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) on June 15, 2019. CPSF was established in aiming of seeing Cambodia known by the Global market as a main pepper supply country with good quality, and sustainable production; this well-known will make pepper become a main sector that contributes to the economic development of the nation, producer, and marketing operator. To achieve our mission, CPSF is now recruiting position below:

Position Summary

Expected date of starting work: May 01, 2025

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Finance tasks:
  • Maintain the financial system following CPSF policy and procedures
  • Entry the financial transactions into the accounting system (QuickBooks)
  • Review and verify the estimated budget and advance requested by staff
  • Review and verify expenditures report and invoices
  • Prepare expenditure report and financial report
  • Prepare vouchers and make payments including Tax, NSSF, and payment to other ministries (if any)
  • Collect the bank statements for monthly bank reconciliation
  • Update CPSF financial situation (budget follow-up, budget report, cash flow projection….)
  • Collect Time Report from staff for payroll allocation
  • Ensure compliance with all local legal requirements and obligations (such as social security, Tax, etc.).
  • Handle petty cash and cash reconciliation
  • Administrative tasks:
  • Perform Administrative works following CPSF policy and procedure and donor’s requirement
  • Support team in organizing and conducting meetings/workshops/training etc
  • Ensuring the organization’s assets and inventory information is recorded and regularly updated
  • Ensure the workplace environment is hygienic and safe for both staff and visitors
  • Perform other tasks required by the CPSF board
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication skills and Teamwork spirit.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Well organized and respect the deadlines.
