Accountant is responsible for managing financial and accounting activities of the organization while also supporting HR and administrative functions. The position ensures accurate financial management, compliance with donor and organizational policies, and contributes to smooth office and human resource operations.
- Financial Management
- Maintain excellent records related to bookkeeping (Cashbook & QB system)
- Oversee all aspects of accounting and finance as it pertains to the donor requirements.
- Classifying expenses into appropriate budget lines and projects.
- Ensure procurement process and supporting document of all expenses are aligned with the policies.
- Prepare document (copy, scan and translated)
- Visit Field, understand the program challenges & support management team in maintaining sound financial system and the management of funds.

- Prepare and manage cash advances
- Under the supervision of Finance Officer
- HR & Administration Support Duties
- Check, receive, record, and track all incoming and outgoing documents from relevant authorities, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for administrative and official documents (both hard and soft copies).
- Support meeting arrangements, including preparing invitation letters, coordinating schedules, booking venues, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes if assigned

- Comply with the CSHD code of conduct and any other duties related to the nature of the position as instructed.
- Other duties as assign by the Management team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
