Accountant
Reports to : Chief Financial Officer
Department : Accounting
Primary Purpose :
Perform general accounting work relating to the preparation, administration, and control of the district financial resources.
- Collect monthly documents from clients
- Posting clients documents into the system (Ms. Excel & Quickbooks & E-Filling)
- Set up and maintain account controls, logs, and files.
- Ensure all invoices are issued and delivered to client’ site on time after provided services.
- Review fixed assets list including depreciation schedule.
- Other duties as assigned by CFO.
- Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of computerized accounting systems (Ms. Office & Quickbooks Accounting System)
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Be honest, ethical, team work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency skills in keyboarding and file maintenance
- Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and rapid manner
- Ability to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing
- At least 2 years’ experience in accounting work or related field
- Experience:
- Two years accounting experience at a high level of responsibility
