- Responsibilities:
- Implementing effectively the policies and strategies set up by the management;
- Developing campus/college/university policies and any policies with approval by the training centre manager and management team.
- Creating and managing teaching programs, class schedule and ensuring to put in place quality systems and implement it consistently within Campus;
- Prepare academic calendars and update it annually.
- Ensuring education quality control process including assessment evaluation, student counselling, etc
- Manage the general campus routine tasks, and coordinate all activities within campuses;
- Prepare daily and monthly campus operation report and send it to training centre manager;
- Managing and minimising operational costs of campuses more effectively; \
- Assist in promoting an educational philosophy and maintaining supportive climate, which cultivates a cooperative and participative attitude among all teachers and students;
- Assist in encouraging students to behave properly according to the student code of conduct;
- Assist in resolving student behavioural problems as required
- Assist in maintaining effective communication among staff, students, and parents;
- Ensure the availability and readiness of files and data related to students, finance for reporting;
- Assist in making recommendations, mostly in writing, to Management on any matter which will lead to operational excellence;
- Perform all other activities reasonable and necessary to accomplish his/her primary function as requested by campus supervisors.
- Manage student placement test and result reporting to counsellor.
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Other duties as assigned.

- Working Conditions:
- Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions, prolonged use of computer.
- BSc in TESOL, Education, and English language etc.
- English proficiency must be at least in B1 level or Band Score 5.5 in IELTS test.
- At least one-year experience working in Education filed, University, and used to be a teacher is prioritized.
- Good computer literacy in Ms. Office, Internet and email.
- Knowledge in International Curriculum.
- Able to work with multi-cultural employee.
- Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating skill.

- Own the relationship with digital stakeholder and agencies, and is the go to resource for all digital marketing activities, including set up and management of accounts
- Work closely with the Central Marketing and Sales Supervisor and external agencies to drive an integrated digital strategy across all channels, with an eye on ROI and understanding the customer journey to maximize results
- Refine and revise the digital marketing mix, in line with key objectives and budgets Marketing, Sales, and Communications.
- Regularly monitor competitor performance to support the organization's development plan and marketing initiatives
- Look for ways to strategically differentiate the Campus in a competitive category, which is relevant and engaging to the key target segments in all markets
- Project manage the marketing and promotional activity for organization (including events, digital marketing, advertising, PR, sponsorship etc.) which focuses on prospective parents and students Identify and execute relevant community-based initiatives in which the organization can play a relevant part, to support awareness / positive brand perception etc.
- Identify (school and non-school based) feeder relationships within the local community and establish close working partnerships to generate new enquiries
- Support the Marketing Executive in managing the marketing spend and ensure activities are planned and executed within agreed budgets
- Work closely with the Events management officer to organize and promote admissions events (Open Days, study abroad seminar, and a series of event etc.) and align the required organization support in conjunction with the team
- Work closely with the Manager, maintain the content for the organization's website (keep it up-to-date with recent news items). and champion opportunities for enhancement
- Develop communication channels including use of 'Social Media' to promote recruitment and retention
- Develop and manage production of all external marketing collateral including prospectus and direct marketing activities
- Working closely with the Senior Manager, support the management of all PR based media
- relations relating to promotion of the school including proactive message placement through drafting of press
- Releases and establishing positive relationships with representatives from local media channels to enhance the reputation of the organization
