Announcement Description

The Royal Government of Cambodia has received grant from the Global Fund Grant through the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) toward the cost of the Global Fund Project with the Program titled: 2021 COVID-19 Response Mechanism Additional Funding for Cambodia from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Set Up of Oxygen Manifold or Piping System to Patient/ Delivery in ICU Ward for National Hospital (CPA3).

The Ministry of Health/Lead Implementer Team (MOH-LIT) now invites sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders for Supply, Delivery and Set Up of Oxygen Manifold or Piping System to Patient/ Delivery in ICU Ward for National Hospital (CPA3); RFB No. DHS/C19RM/ICB/2024/G01. All Bidders are eligible to participate in this bidding.

Contract Title: Supply, Delivery and Set Up of Oxygen Manifold or Piping System to Patient/ Delivery in ICU Ward for Referral Hospitals (CPA1-3)

Procurement will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (procedure as specified in the RGC Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/ Programs (Updated Version: December 2019) and under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the procedures of the Global Fund.

Submission Requirements

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00 to 17:00 at the address.

The bidding document may be obtained (for international bidders) upon request to the email address below or may be obtained free-of-charge (for local bidders) by interested eligible Bidders from MoH-LIT, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 2:00-5:30 PM (Working Days). This request for bids is published in the link website and the local newspapers (Khmer and English).

Bids must be delivered to the address provided in the contact details on or before 15 / January / 2025 at 10:00 am. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives (with their power of attorney and ID) who choose to attend at the address on 15/ January / 2025 at 10:00 am.

All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of 2% of the Bid Price as specified in ITB 19.
