SAHAS E&C CO., LTD (Sahas E&C) is joint venture Construction Company between Phnom Penh SEZ PLC. and LCH Construction Co., Ltd. We are incorporated in January 2017 under the laws of Kingdom of Cambodia with head offices located in Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone. We primarily engage in all civil work construction and building work including design, maintenance, procurement, and project management.
