Heinrich Boell Foundation

The Heinrich Boell Foundation (HBF) is a German Foundation affiliated to the Green global movement. Our fundamental values are ecology and sustainability, democracy and human rights, self-determination, and justice. We place particular emphasis on gender issues, social emancipation, and equality.

In Cambodia, HBF works closely with local partners in the fields of sustainable development, women’s rights, gender, and democracy.
