3S Rivers Protection Network (3SPN), was established on December 2001, in order to formed the network of people living along Sesan river who were impacts from flooding cause by Yali hydropower dam. 3SPN registered with the Ministry of Interior on 27 October 2005, as a local civil society organization working with all people, especially of indigenous communities living along the 3S rivers to build their capacity, increase awareness of their fundamental rights, engage in research and documentation, and disseminate information about the impacts of hydropower dams on society and the environment.
