Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bong Thom dot Com's acceptable use and policy for the Bong Thom dot Com Internet web site located at and all pages within and all services provided (including the Jobs In Cambodia daily email service), herein referred to as the 'Bong Thom dot Com web site'. The Bong Thom dot Com web site allows you to gain access to information which is not only useful and up-to-date but also previously difficult to find. The following policy applies to you if you are a user ("you") of the Bong Thom dot Com web site to submit to any of the listings contained within the site. 6. Job Announcements

6.1 Uptime for the Bong Thom dot com web site is not guaranteed. Although Krawma Company will endeavor to keep the web site running 100% of the time it is not always possible due to the actions of third parties.

6.2 Job announcements cannot be placed for a period longer than 4 weeks from the date of submission unless otherwise arranged with Krawma Company.

6.3 The classification of job announcements and other contents of the Bong Thom dot com web site are based on the latest information made available to Krawma Company at the time of publication. Whilst every care is taken in the compiling of the Bong Thom dot com web site,  Krawma Company are not responsible or be made liable for any loss or damage of any  kind howsoever arising as a result of any errors, inaccuracies or omissions  in respect of any entry whatsoever. Krawma Company should be informed of errors, inaccuracies or omissions discovered in the Bong Thom dot com web site in writing.

6.4 The respective advertisers who request job announcements to be placed on the Bong Thom dot Com web site are solely responsible for the accuracy and contents of their own job announcements , and for all claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages whatsoever from of any person arising (directly or indirectly) from the publication and contents of any job announcement. Krawma Company aims to provide accurate information, but are in no way responsible for the accuracy and contents for any job announcement. Krawma Company, its employees and agents therefore will not be liable for any claims, losses, costs, expenses of damages incurred or arising for any reason of any person (including but not limited to claims of negligence, intellectual property infringement and defamation) in connection with any  job announcement. Krawma Company makes no warranty or representation in respect of, nor do they endorse any product, service or other matter whatsoever appearing the job announcements

7. Classified Advertising

7.1 Only confirmed members can post classified ads

7.2 Classified ads trying to recruit people (e.g.: about jobs or training courses) are not permitted as they must be paid for and placed within the paid section of the web site

7.3 Members must post classified ads in the correct classifieds category

7.4 Members can post up to 20 classiifed ads at any one time however they are unable to repeat the same classified ad many times - even if it is in a different category. A classified ad is considered to be the same when it is repeated information about the same (or similar) subject or same (or similar) product. Please make sure the previous classified ad is deleted when re-submitting

7.5 Classified ads with disrespectful sexual references or alluding to the recruitment of sexual partners are not permitted.

7.6 Members are unable to post classifed ads that are against the terms and conitions of the web site. This includes posting false or misleading information or information that is harmful or damaging to the Bong Thom dot Com web site, it's members and users.


8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We do not ask you for personal information unless it is needed to run the services provided through the web site. You won't be expected to send personal infomation to Krawma Co. for any other reason than this.

8.2 We do not share your personal information with anyone unless we are directed to do so in order to comply with the law or protect our rights.

8.3 We do not store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

8.4 Web Site Visitors

Like most website operators, Krawma collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Krawma’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Krawma’s visitors use its website. Krawma also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users using the Bong Thom dot Com classifieds service. In each case, Krawma collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with the web site. Krawma does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described above and below. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.

8.6 Aggregated Statistics

Krawma may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Krawma may monitor the most popular classified posts on the site or use our text analysis engines to help identify spam. Krawma may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Krawma does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

8.7 Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Krawma discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Krawma’s behalf or to provide services available at Krawma’s websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Krawma’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Krawma will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Krawma discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Krawma believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Krawma, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an Krawma website and have supplied your email address, Krawma may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Krawma and our products. We primarily use our web sites to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Krawma takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

8.8 User-Initiated Sharing of Personally-Identifying Information

The sharing of personally-identifying information by the sending of CVs in order to apply for a job position is done purely at the discretion of the user. Krawma takes no responsibility for the security of sharing of personally-identifying information through the web site at that has been initiated by the user by the sending of a CV and job application through the Job Application service or associated services other than to guarantee that we take all steps necessary to deal only with legimate, paying clients with a known reputation.

8.9 Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer, and that the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Krawma uses cookies to help Krawma identify and track visitors, their usage of Krawma website, and their website access preferences. Krawma visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using Krawma’s websites, with the drawback that certain features of Krawma’s websites may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

8.10. Business Transfers

If Krawma, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that Krawma goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Krawma may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

8.11 Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Krawma may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Krawma’s sole discretion. Krawma encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
