Field Promoters
Duties
- Promote company products among the target user such as farmers, dealers and plantation owners in the assign territory
- Provide technical supports to farmer and dealer concerning agrochemical product applications in person or on phone call
- Organize farmer meeting and do follow up activities
- Conduct and monitor field demo and field trail
- Seek potential areas for product demo and standby with dealer
- Report competitor activities in the assigned areas and suggest counter activities
- Create monthly work plan and activities report
- Build and maintain good business relationships with farmers, dealers, NGO
- Performs related duties as required by supervisor
Requirements
- University degree in Horticulture or Agronomy
- 1-2 years working experience in Agro-business (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Knowledge of field work with farmer/community
- Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills
- Medium English and computer skills
- Hard working and patient
- Able to work at province with extensive traveling
- Candidates from Battambang and Kampong Thom province are given priority
