Duties + Requirements

Hospitality Training Business Coordinator

Duties

Supervise, train, evaluate and support all hospitality staff in all of our restaurants
Approve major purchases including restaurant equipment, repairs and renovations
Writing of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
Meeting with potential donors
Create and oversee restaurant budgets
Review monthly financial reports
Frequently meeting with team leaders and Mith Samlanh Management

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Tourist Management or degree in hospitality and restaurant management
Knowledge of local and international restaurant businesses and general restaurant operations
Minimum of 3 years experience in managing restaurants
Proficiency in MS Office products, especially email and Internet
Strong communication skills both written and spoken in Khmer and English, any other language is a plus
Excellent communication skills, training qualities, patient, energetic, management skills, people skills flexible, thorough and able to work in a diverse team from various cultural backgrounds
