HR Manager will reportDirectorHuman ResourcesInstitutional Development (DirectorHR&ID)work closely withdepartments withinorganization. This positionresponsibleensuring implementationall HR policiesprocedures,providing supportother departments andprovide HR supportensuringorganization activities run smoothly. 

HR Manager will playimportant roledisseminating relevant HR policies atlevels withinorganization. Ensuring thorough understandingthe policiesopen communicationstaff atlevelsa critical aspectthis position. This position will also assist DirectorHR&IDupdate policieslinethe organization’s objectives andcomplylocal laws. Any amendments, revisionsupdates willimmediately sharedstaff. 

In addition, this position will playimportant rolemanagingrecruitment process withinorganization. HR Manager will also supervise HR CoordinatorHR Officer by providing guidance,supportthemperform their job effectivelyefficiently.

Duties + Requirements

  Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) is preferred or Management or equivalent
  • More than 5 (five) years experience in HRM function in International NGO/Private Sector
  • At least 2-3 year experience in policy and procedures development and dissemination
  • 2-3 experience in dealing with high level staff especially Senior Management Team related to HRM
  • Experience in preparing HR budget, HR level of effort (LOE) and payroll, NSSF and Tax
  • Experience in HR Software is a plus
  • Strong people skills to ensure the views and concerns of all staff can be aired and acted upon.
  • Able to analyze data and structure ideas effectively
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Able to communicate HR policies and procedures to all levels
  • Be adaptable and flexible
  • Strong team building skills and team spirit
  • Strong across cross-functional and cultural team player
  • Enthusiastic personality to leading the HR team
  • High commitment and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS. Office such Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, PDF a plus)
