IT Support Specialist
Duties
- General tasks and responsibilities will be focused on IT support and development. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to the following
- Installing, updating, and maintaining all IT related equipment within the campus
- Serving technical support on daily basis to students, teachers, and staffs at JPA
- Ensuring a smooth operation of IT system in the school
- Administering all the servers including DC, Media, ForeFront TMG
- Performing differential, full, and system state back up when necessary
- Design and produce all public relations materials when needed
- Update and improve JPA's website when needed
- Supervise students using computers after school
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in IT
- Able to administer Windows Server 2008 R2 and its features/roles such as AD, DFS, DHCP, DNS, WDS, GPO, WSUS, MMS, SMTP integrated with Google Services, and scripts (log on, start up, and shutdown)
- Able to administer Microsoft Sharepoint 2010
- Able to administer and configure ForeFront TMG 2010
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Web development HTML, CSS, and ASP.NET
- Basic knowledge of computer network
- Good command of English
- Is flexible and honest
