Duties + Requirements
Assistant Relationship Manager
 
  Duties
  • Acquire new-to-bank customers and deposits for the Mass Affluence and Preferred Banking segment
  • Grow customer base through proactive sales and service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building
  • Grow portfolio of high net worth clients through building strong and meaningful relationships with prospects and clients and networking
  • Engage prospects and clients with mindset of developing and growing with clients
  • Conduct financial portfolio; management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking and wealth management solutions
  • Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence
  • Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction
  • Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets
  • Other task/project as assigned
  Requirements
  • A recognized Degree in business related filed
  • Relevant retail banking experience of at least 2 years
  • Pleasant and service-oriented
  • Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage
  • Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationship
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

 
Customer Care Officer
 
  Duties
  • Provide friendly and responsive customer service over the phone
  • Take appropriate action in response to received and return calls to customer enquiries, complaints, etc
  • Leverage sales opportunities and refer the customer to sales team
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments or create sales leads for sales team
  • Handle customer complaints and enquiries diligently and efficiently
  • Refer customers to appropriate area/department for action
  • Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies , including all compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times
  Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Business related disciplines with relevant working experience in this area
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Good listening and problem solving skills
  • Previous telephone experience in (telephone) sales and handling customer calls is a plus
  • High level of flexibility with the ability to be able to work in an environment of change
