Duties + Requirements

Assistant Relationship Manager

Duties

Acquire new-to-bank customers and deposits for the Mass Affluence and Preferred Banking segment
Grow customer base through proactive sales and service
Ensure customer satisfaction through service and relationship building
Grow portfolio of high net worth clients through building strong and meaningful relationships with prospects and clients and networking
Engage prospects and clients with mindset of developing and growing with clients
Conduct financial portfolio; management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking and wealth management solutions
Keep close eyes on and track competitor intelligence
Ensure compliance at all times – process, policy and working instruction
Constitute idea and suggestion for improvement and success
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/yearly targets
Other task/project as assigned

Requirements

A recognized Degree in business related filed
Relevant retail banking experience of at least 2 years
Pleasant and service-oriented
Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage
Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred
Excellent verbal and written English
Fluent in verbal and written English
Ability to negotiate and build relationship
Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Customer Care Officer

Duties

Provide friendly and responsive customer service over the phone
Take appropriate action in response to received and return calls to customer enquiries, complaints, etc
Leverage sales opportunities and refer the customer to sales team
Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments or create sales leads for sales team
Handle customer complaints and enquiries diligently and efficiently
Refer customers to appropriate area/department for action
Comply strictly to CIMB bank’s policies , including all compliance procedures and guidelines
Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base
Maintain good relationship with customers and high standard of service quality at all times

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Business related disciplines with relevant working experience in this area
Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
Good listening and problem solving skills
Previous telephone experience in (telephone) sales and handling customer calls is a plus
High level of flexibility with the ability to be able to work in an environment of change
