Sunquick Manager
Duties
- Developing market and sales volume for Sunquick brands in Cambodia
- Price selling and analyzing
- Selling and developing channel of distribution in Cambodia
- FS, MT and GT ( 85% main will be on the FS part of the business
- Monitoring Sunquick sales volume, Sunquick costing, and expenses of responsible products,
- Selling actions to achieve sales target as set
- Controlling actions a long marketing plan, measurement, analysis, and propose adjusting plan
- Collaborates and effectively manages internal and external partners to execute market strategies
- Collaborates with sales manager on customers-specific point-of-purchase plans and materials to ensure consistency with marketing objectives, strategies and customer needs
- Updating sales forecast and make sure stock available for sales
- Recommends product features and benefits, and overall product design, based upon consumer insights and market needs
- Conducts competitor and market analysis, including product features, claim analysis, to develop business strategies and initiatives
- Leading the free lance mixologist and free lance chef to create new cocktail recipes and train for all concerning parties
- Preparing and building up the yearly marketing budget
- Possesses expert knowledge of competitive products and category trend
- Respects company rules and procedures
- Dispenser management
- Report to CO-RO headquarters
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related fields required
- At least one year of Brand/Product Management experience preferably in the beverage products
- English knowledge at intermediate level
- Good knowledge of computer literacy (Ids. Word, Ms.Excel, Power Point E-mail)
- Prior experience in successful launch of new products from concept stage through commercialization and in-market success
- Having knowledge of cordial product is priority
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
- Passion and Desire: must be passionate about growing and developing a quality brand
- Willing to go out to gather customer information or competitor information
- Handle multiple tasks at one time
- Work successfully as part of a team while under pressure
- Maintain a positive morale and professional attitude
- Work special events when needed
