Duties + Requirements

HR & Communication Officer

Duties

Process and track any kind of student data in the school management software open SIS
Assist in the on-going self study process and edit the school wide action plan
Write and edit all kinds of internal and external communications
Support all front-desk operations
Promote the school’s educational programs and activities through effective use of social media and schoolwide newsletters
Assist the school leadership in all tasks of recruitment, selection and hiring
Provide effective HR services to all staff, incl. OHS and T&D issues

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in related field
Native speaker level English proficiency (written and oral)
Strong communication skills
Expert skills in use of software applications such as Word and PowerPoint
Very good organizational skills
Having the ability to multi-task and set priorities
Strong customer service orientation
High intercultural sensibility
Reliable, hard-working and flexible
Experience in education administration is an advantage

Certified Swimming Teacher & P.E. Assistant

Duties

Teaching well organized swimming lessons to children from 3 to 18 years old
Ensuring absolute safety in all swimming lessons and implementing the pool supervisor policy strictly
Assist in P.E. lessons
Assisting in school internal and external sports events and competitions
Advising the P.E. Coordinator in all issues concerning swimming lessons
Creating a schoolwide spirit of sportsmanship
Close collaboration with coaches and trainers of extra-curricular activities
Promoting the school’s sports program towards external stakeholders

Requirements

Recognized Swimming Coach License
Good commands of spoken English
A minimum of 2 years coaching / teaching experience
Flexible and culturally sensible
Familiar with P.E. related health topics, in particular nutrition
A genuine care, concern and interest for children
Commitment, enthusiasm and self-initiative
