Duties + Requirements
Accounting Assistant
 
  Duties
  • Process payment documents
  • Handle cash payments and receipts
  • Review financial transactions
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, prepare depreciation schedules; and supervise the physical review of fixed assets on a regular basis
  • Assist in preparation of monthly management account reports
  • Relate with banks on routine matters
  • May perform other tasks
  Requirements
  • Possess at least two year experience in accounting
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts and financial reporting
  • Complete Bachelor degree in accounting from recognized university
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel
  • English proficiency
  • Honesty and loyalty
  • Willing to learn new things and adapt to new working environment
