Duties + Requirements
Business Development Executive
 
  Duties
  • To generate quality leads that result in obtaining new clients
  • Develop and execute sales/marketing proposals
  • Make presentations to clients and close sales
  • Build good relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Work with team to achieve sales performance targets
  • Oversee projects to completion
  • Have input into strategy and concepts for clients
  • Conduct research about future business deals
  Requirements
  • Education:Bachelor degree or Masters degree
  • Knowledge:All related to advertising, marketing and event planning
  • Experience:2 years related experience
  • Language:English as a second language
  • Open to Cambodian nationals only female
  • Strong connections with companies and industries with sales potential
  • Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects

 
Client Service Executive
 
  Duties
  • Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customers’ enquiries (e-mails phone and fax) using the Best Practice guidelines
  • Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible
  • Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through with resolution
  • Ensure all customers’ queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate to the Team Manager
  • Assist Team Manager and management with any special projects assigned and provide backup when necessary
  • Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service processes for different market segments and communicate discrepancies/ issues to team manager when necessary
  • Maintain professional working relationship with internal and external customers, customer service management and colleagues
  • Supports decisions made by Management and conveys positively to team members and other C/S locations
  • Adhere to agreed standards of quality and quantity and process all orders/ claims/ queries with a minimum 98% accuracy rate
  • Perform quality assurance on work processed
  • Report workload statistics as required
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate
  • Provide flexible support both for team members and other teams by fostering a positive and a motivating environment
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities
  • Assist in gathering business requirements and analysis activities to facilitate Continuous Improvement
  Requirements
  • Education:Bachelor degree or Masters degree
  • Knowledge:all related to advertising and marketing
  • Experience:3 years
  • Computer:Must be literate and be able to type in both Khmer and English
  • Language:English must be excellent
  • Skills: strong communication skills; highly social and personable; creative; can work with little supervision and is a team player
