Duties + Requirements
Workers/Staff Recruitment Officer
 
  Duties
  • Develop and manage the recruitment tools & plans to ensure worker recruitment to help meet the Tenants’ business objectives
  • Assist Public Relation Director proactively progress an effective and harmonious industrial relations in the tenants’ factories
  • Implement activities of workers recruitment to help meet Tenants’ business objective
  • Liaise with Ministry of Labor & Vocational Training, in particular with Labor Departments in provinces to ensure that the recruitment information is effectively communicated to districts/communes/people in provinces
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy, and supervise the usage of recruitment agencies to ensure optimum value is delivered
  • Assist in managing the employer brand to ensure that the PPSEZ is perceived as an Employer of Choice
  Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with Recruitment skills in Big Factories with thousands of worker
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams and work under pressure
  • Good writing & speaking in English
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills
