Assistant Production Manager
Duties
- Over all involving and assisting in the operational system of the factory
- Assist Production Manager daily operations and production planning in
- assigned blocks
- Ensure production schedules and delivery targets are met
- Ensuring sufficient materials for production with reasonable stock level
- Production timing measuring & improving
- To analyse the monthly reports on all matters pertaining to Production and
- take action to improve
- Monitors closely all factory operating costs and work within the assigned
- budget
- Responsible for overall proper management and control manufacturing staffs and production activities as assigned
- Supporting maintenance of the production machine
- Responsible to develop the skills and competency levels of production personnel to meet present and future requirements of the department
- Maintain a safe working environment in the production work area at all
- Manage, lead and motivate the assigned teams to meet required results and
- discipline
- Report to the Production Manager
Requirements
- Khmer national
- At least 3 years experiences with production or factory industries
- Management/Leadership skills
- Good English both speaking and written ( Vietnamese or French is desired)
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs estimation
- Prefer candidates experience in leather, wood, and footwear garment industry

Graphical technician - Pre press / Pre production Assistant
Duties
- Adjusting of the foil/embossing flies
- Making silk printing plats
- Making die cutting molds
- Making 3D drawing
- Planning production templates
- Making production samples
Requirements
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Studio Max / AutoCAD / Other 3D software
- Prepress software, and prepress process / printing process is advantage
- Experience with modeling 3D object is advantage as well

Work Manager
Duties
- Over all involving and assisting in the operational system of the factory
- Responsible for selecting and interviewing workers, taking attendant, issue warning letter
- Daily, weekly report of attendant workers, guards, cleaner and driver
- Maintain a safe working environment in the production work area at all the time
- Manage, lead and motivate the assigned teams and workers to meet required results and
- discipline
- In charge and responsible for any problem with workers and in the factory
- Report to Production Manager and Floor Manager
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working with garment factory and footwear industries
- Good in English speaking and written
- Ability to manage tasks assigned

Machine Operator
Duties
- Operate day to day hot stamping machine and Hydraulic machine
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Any requirements for maintenance or repairs machines
Requirements
- Khmer national
- 1-2 year experience in operating machines pressing machine or similar ones
- Able to speak a little bit English ( not necessary)
- Able to complete tasks assigned
- Patient and willing to learn new things
