Auditor
Duties
- Assessing facility's systems in accordance with client's requirement and relevant local law requirement, reporting findings to the facility management
- Assessing facilities according to the accredited certification scheme like FLA, SA 8000 and Code of Conduct
- Conducting/Assisting opening and closing meetings with and providing progress updates to facilities on the progress of an Initial Audit and a Follow-up Audit, reporting his/ her findings to the facility
- Producing reports on each engagement, documenting all findings, making photocopies of all relevant documents to support the findings
- Assisting in reviewing audit reports from other auditors and/ or other offices to ensure that the reports are up to the client's requirement
- Willing to travel extensively and work independently
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields from an accredited University
- SA8000 or ISO9001 or ISO14001 auditor qualification is preferred
- Experience in social compliance audit
- Good labor & legal law / regulation knowledge and implementation (local labor law, factory / business permit, expatriate law, etc.)
- Able to develop training and coaching programs i.e. class training, workshop, discussion, etc
- Good communication, consultation and reporting skills
- Able to conduct social compliance audit
- Understand consumer goods manufacturing concept and operation are preferred.
- Fluent in English (or Chinese, not a must), oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer programs

Trainer
Duties
- Establishing and defining the structure of the learning context and coordinating training activities
- Preparing training materials: Brochures, training Proposal, training documents
- Organizing training class and preparing training courses
- Planning and modifying public training courses and special training courses (in-house training).
- Reviewing and managing the training achievements
- Ensuring that trainees are trained to do their present work effectively and that they are prepared for future assignments
- Ensuring that all trainees have equal access to training, especially in situations where training helps qualify people for advancement
- Working with Operation Manager to determine requirements for training and develop appropriate training work plans
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar training role, supervisory or managerial position in Human resources management specific in performance management, training and development
- Advanced communications skills, particularly in relation to preparing and delivering training courses
- Advanced time management and organizational skills
- Good influencing and presentation skills
- Love training job and high sense of responsibilities
- Age: Above 25
