Duties + Requirements
Medical Representative
 
  Duties
  • Educate the market about our product selling point and make awareness to our products in defined channels
  • Maintain the existing and potential doctors/lab/clinics/hospital within assigned territory that can be approached to use or add Company’s products to their prescription
  • Build favorable company image and company’s brand awareness within the assigned territory, particularly to the doctors and outlets by providing excellent customers service, good and professional appearance, etc
  • Add new user/doctors/lab/clinic/hospital as our market by doing marketing activities
  • Daily visit to doctor /lab/clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship
  • Prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior to identify the target doctors, potency of each doctors and status of each target doctors
  • Monitor product promotion activities by observing the market in order to evaluate the effective work process
  • Collaborate with PM/PE, plan and implement promotional strategies and activities in line with the assigned product
  • Coordinate with Sale Representative to increase our share in outlet and settle payment, account receivables, and stock in order build good company image
  • Maintain effective coordination with superior to evaluate target achievement and effectiveness of promotional activities
  • Coordinate with supply chain about the availability of stock that has to prepare in warehouse based on the sales forecast and customer behavior
  • Plan and survey competitor activities at the hospital, clinics, doctors and pharmacy and discuss the result with the superior to define future action plan
  • Plan and survey doctor prescription habit by visiting pharmacy or hospital
  • Update product knowledge and market knowledge for effective sales presentation to doctors
  Requirements
  • Bachelor degree Business Administration, preferable in Pharmaceutical science
  • Have minimum 6 months as Medical Representative in related field and showed proven track performance/achievement
  • Preferably have experience in ethical product
  • Very good communication skill, selling skill and negotiation skill
  • Willing to be placed or assigned at Phnom Penh and provinces
  • Computer literate
  • Be able to work as a team
