National CommitteeSub-National Democratic Development (NCDD)mandatedthe overall program authoritythrough its Secretariat (NCDDS)responsiblepolicy formulationprogram coordination. Implementationthe National Programassignedsix national institutions, eachtheir own sub-program, includingNCDDS;MinistriesInterior, EconomyFinance,Planning;State SecretariatCivil Service; andNational LeagueCouncil Associations. Underlyingdesignthe IP3a national effortdevelop capacity atlevelsgovernmentdemocratic development including policy formulation, institutional strengtheninghuman resource development.
