Project Sales Manager
 
  Duties
  • Plan for selling Concept +Strategies+ Mechanism
  • Planning & Executing for seeking new account and maintenance existing account
  • Designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of the company to clients
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
  • To coordinate with Finance with payment problem occurs (contact partner)
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Develop and implement special sales activities to achieve the target
  • Problem solving for any required for clients
  • Prepare weekly & Monthly report for Management
  • Other duties as assigned
  Requirements
  • Male, age 30 years old up
  • 5+ years of technological product sales experience with at least 2 years hands on experiences in the project sales management
  • Have knowledge of various home appliance product
  • Min Bachelor’s in business, marketing or economics
  • Very strong both written and verbal communication skills for English and Khmer.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation skills
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Strong Commitment with confident
  • Willing to travel from time to time
  • Can do attitude with team work spirit

 
HR & Admin Manager
 
  Duties
  • The HR & Admin Manager guides and manages the overall provision of HR & Admin function, services, policies, procedures and programs for the entire company such as
    • Recruitment planning
    • Organizational and space planning
    • Performance management and improvement systems
    • Organization development;
    • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
    • Employee orientation, development, and training
    • Policy development and documentation
    • Employee relations
    • Company-wide committee facilitation
    • Company employee and community communication
    • Compensation and benefits administration
    • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
    • Charitable giving
    • Employee services and counseling
    • Office maintenance and security
    • Special project assigned by the management
      Requirements
    • Male or Female with age under 40 years old
    • Min Bachelor degree in HR management or Political Science studies. MBA would be a plus
    • Min 3 year experiences as the HR & Admin manager in factory industry
    • Very good command of spoken and written English
    • good Leadership skill
    • good Communication skill both verbal and written
    • Strong problem solving and negotiation skill
    • Have knowledge of Cambodia labor Law
    • Ability to travel from time to time

    Showroom Supervisor
     
      Duties
    • Managing and planning Showroom Operation task, activities,
    • Manage staff in showroom ( leading, coaching, monitoring & evaluation about their product knowledge, customers services, how to handle after close sales)
    • Manage Stock in showroom
    • Prepare roster/day off for staff
    • Display product Management (Manage and maintain and display all product and accessories in showroom)
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report about showroom Operation (Sales Operations, Customer situation analysis)
    • Prepare purchase order
    • Solve the problem for staff and customers
    • Other task assign by upper level
      Requirements
    • Cambodian Male , age 30 years old up
    • Bachelor degree in Management or related field,
    • At least two years work experience in Sales showroom management or related field
    • Have knowledge about Electronic product (Handset, Computer, home appliance…)
    • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese or Thai is advantage
    • Good communication skill
    • Computer literate (MS. Office & E-mail)

    • Acting as sale consultant
    • Introduce about our product to customer (function, benefit of using our product...etc)
    • Convince customer to buy the product
    • Build Relationship with customer
    • Other task assign by upper level
      Requirements
    • Cambodian Female, 20-27 years old
    • At least High School Graduation
    • At least 1 year experience in sales related with home appliance products
    • Have knowledge about home appliance products and services
    • Good appearance, good personality and service-minded
    • Good communication skill
    • Good command of English and Chinese language
    • Self-confident, hardworking and enthusiastic

     
    Secretary
     
      Duties
    • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Executive Office
    • Provide support in all administrative and some personal to the direct reporting executive
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
      Requirements
    • Cambodian Female or Male, age 25 year old up
    • Minimum Bachelor degree in Management, Business Administration
