Project Sales Manager
Duties
- Plan for selling Concept +Strategies+ Mechanism
- Planning & Executing for seeking new account and maintenance existing account
- Designs and delivers presentations highlighting the products and services of the company to clients
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
- To coordinate with Finance with payment problem occurs (contact partner)
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
- Develop and implement special sales activities to achieve the target
- Problem solving for any required for clients
- Prepare weekly & Monthly report for Management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Male, age 30 years old up
- 5+ years of technological product sales experience with at least 2 years hands on experiences in the project sales management
- Have knowledge of various home appliance product
- Min Bachelor’s in business, marketing or economics
- Very strong both written and verbal communication skills for English and Khmer.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation skills
- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Strong Commitment with confident
- Willing to travel from time to time
- Can do attitude with team work spirit

Duties
- The HR & Admin Manager guides and manages the overall provision of HR & Admin function, services, policies, procedures and programs for the entire company such as
- Recruitment planning
- Organizational and space planning
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development;
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Policy development and documentation

Requirements
- Male or Female with age under 40 years old
- Min Bachelor degree in HR management or Political Science studies. MBA would be a plus
- Min 3 year experiences as the HR & Admin manager in factory industry
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- good Leadership skill
- good Communication skill both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skill
- Have knowledge of Cambodia labor Law

Showroom Supervisor
Duties
- Managing and planning Showroom Operation task, activities,
- Manage staff in showroom ( leading, coaching, monitoring & evaluation about their product knowledge, customers services, how to handle after close sales)
- Manage Stock in showroom
- Prepare roster/day off for staff
- Display product Management (Manage and maintain and display all product and accessories in showroom)
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report about showroom Operation (Sales Operations, Customer situation analysis)
- Prepare purchase order
- Solve the problem for staff and customers
- Other task assign by upper level
Requirements

Duties

Requirements

- At least High School Graduation

Duties
- Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Executive Office
- Provide support in all administrative and some personal to the direct reporting executive
