Duties + Requirements
Database Manager
 
  Duties
  • Manage and maintain all in-house Database systems
  • Manage all design work for the Hanuman Group of companies including Group websites as well as promotional materials including brochures, leaflets and flyers
  • Manage mail-shots and mail-lists for the Hanuman Group and all related matters
  • Work alongside IT Manager in the following areas
    • Network Server; Assist in maintenance of Network Server, internet connections, bridge connections, Group E-mail, etc
    • Client computers; Install, set-up, maintain hardware and software. Install and maintain printers, scanners, telephones, etc
    • IT Helpdesk; Provide IT support for end users, troubleshoot all problems, repair equipment where appropriate, etc
      Requirements
    • Microsoft Visual Basic 6 (VB 6 ) Java
    • ASP, HTML, Java Script, VB Script, Macromedia Dream weaver and Flash
    • Window XP, Window Vista and Window 7
    • Microsoft SQL Server, MS Access, My SQL
    • Crystal Report 9.2 and MS Access report
    • Microsoft office 2003, 2007 and later
    • Adobe Photo Shop, Photo Impact, Carol Draw and Illustrator
    • Architecture, planning, installation and maintenance of Local Area Network ( LAN)
    • With at least 2 years experience as an Database Programming or related skill and experience with IT
    • Responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated and willing to work in a team environment
    • Good verbal and written communication skills, both in Khmer and English
