Polling & Measurement Officer
Duties
- Design, analyze, and present national public opinion polls
- Design and implement systems to measure IRI progress in reaching indicators include impact and evaluation and identify improvements to current programming
- Manage, supervise and review data collection conducted by contracted research agencies or other internal personnel
- Advise measurement function of the partner organization
- Serve as advisor for Impact Evaluation ("IE") statistics and deliver requested information based on conducting randomizations, set-up and maintenance of database for trainer reports, data entry spot checks and IE related data from the partner organization
- Organize hard copies of IE surveys, reports and other supporting documents; and
- Complete other tasks as requested by the Resident Country Director or Resident Program Officer
Requirements
- University graduate in statistics, sociology or in a related field
- At least three years of research and M&E program experience in Cambodia
- Pose great critical thinking and analytical skills
- Good English and Khmer communication skills both in writing and speaking
- Excellent problem solver and functions well in a multi-task environment; and
- Good computer skills, especially SPSS and Excel
