Technical Assistant
Duties
- Under the supervision of the Project, the staff of this position will carry out the following tasks in cooperation with Cambodian counterparts, and its implementation status must be shared and be monitored among the Project closely
- The staff collects necessary information in Kg. Cham region and shares with the Project.
- Under the direction of the Project, the staff participates in meetings or conferences in Kg. Cham region
- Keeping good relation with relating office, health facilities and other organization, the staff enhances smooth communication amongst them and the Project
- To support the Project activity logistically and technically
- To maintain the Project office (Kg. Cham) properly
- Translation and interpreting English and Khmer vis-a vis
- Some other tasks for supporting the Project activity
Requirements
- Secondary Midwife or Nurse
- Female (as the Project is related to MCH, female staff is preferable)- Working experience as a Nurse or Midwife is an advantage
- Fluent in both English and Khmer (speaking, listening and writing)
- Excellent skill of reporting, editing and monitoring
- Computer skills in MS Office (2007 or later) applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
- Willingness to undertake frequent travels to rural and/or remote areas within Cambodia
- Strong Commitment to the Project to achieve tasks and ability to work as a team with good communication
