Project & Maintenance Engineer
Duties
- Establish CAPEX investment project involving in the company with suitable schedule, investment and proper innovative idea
- Inspection of Project progress and completion whenever assigned
- Responsible for some technical projects and do other task that may be assigned from time to time by Manager
- Assists in the implementation and continual improvement of project and maintenance system/program for electrical, mechanical equipment, storage tanks, building, roads, etc., at the retails stations and consumer sites or where else as assigned
- Follow up of annual maintenance contracts, scheduling visits, inspection of work done, meetings with contractors, making action plans for improvement
- Coordinates with marketing on Customer Tank Installations & storage tank stock management
- Assists in the monitoring, control and reporting of Budget & Expenses
- Assists the depots and warehouses on maintenance related issues/projects or purchase requisitions
- Prepare requisitions for Spare Part items to be purchased after evaluation of their actual needs base on inventory and history card
- Ensure the equipment and spare part stock issuance and store keeping is controlled according to procedure Continual improvement is expected every year
- Acts as the overall Safety Coordinator or Safety Focal Person of the team
- Assist for HSQE function in term of inspection, reporting and following up
- Developing proper system for HSQE to ensure solving the problem and improvement
- Coordinate with outside people, authority, government to enhance HSQE program correspondent to the law requirement
- Performs other tasks or special projects that may be assigned form time to time
Requirements
- Certificate of any Engineering Degree
- At Least 1-Year Experience in Fuel/LPG Depot Construction, maintenance or operations
- Good knowledge about petroleum industry,technical equipments, safety requirement and Project Monitoring
- Good Written and Oral English Communication Skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project
- Train at Work Site Safety
- Possess a valid driving license
- Train on defensive driving
- Train to work under pressure and cross functionality
