Program Manager Expert in Monitoring & Evaluation
Duties
- Planning and execute programs monitoring and update information on programs progress
- Assist partners to develop and apply quantitative and qualitative monitoring tools such as result chains, socio economic impact assessment and advocacy planning tools
- Assists in knowledge management of the programs, organizing workshops and other events between partners working with the same targets and fields of action
- Assist partners on programs proposals and project cycle management
- Create and maintains a database for program monitoring
- Contributes to the communication and distribution of information of activities and progress of the programs for the Intervita Network partners and the main stakeholders
- Coordinate with provincial (sub)-working groups, other NGOs and communities to do advocacy and lobby at the local and sub-national level
- Link issues from the local to the national level, in order to contribute to Intervita Advocacy Strategy in Cambodia
- Build and strengthen relationship with civil society groups, media, concerned government institutions, authorities
- Attend regularly the network and working group meetings, including CCC meetings, Government-Civil Society Working Groups, Children NGO’s networks meetings, and such
Requirements
- University Degree or Master in Social Sciences (e.g. Political Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Development Studies, Human Rights)
- Experience (at least 4 years) with tasks related to the field of monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, advocacy
- Experience with International organizations, International or National NGOs active in the field of children rights program, human rights, democratization
- SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS WILL BE OFFERED ACCORDING TO THE SELECTED CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE
