Sales Officer
Duties
- Identify potential customers and promote company products to attract potential customers in targeted areas
- Set plan to achieve sale target, develop and implement agreed upon sale plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the market area
- Work closely with team to meet customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision
- Keep good relationship with existing customers via direct visit, telephone calls and emails
- Negotiate term of agreement, closing sales, gathering market and customer information
- Discuss variance in price, delivery, and specification with team on forthcoming product developments and special promotions
- Monitor and report market activities and industry trends
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements
- At least 1 years sales experience in ISP, IT or other related industries
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or IT
- Passionate and results-driven
- Customer-service oriented
- Language proficiency in both Chinese, English. Vietnamese are an advantage
- Be willing to travel and work in a professional team

Technical Sales Officer
Duties
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company product or service and maximizing customer potential in designated regions
- Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Negotiating tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Installing internet connection and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Talking to clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Travelling to visit potential clients, Calculating client quotation, Officering after-sales support service, Administering client accounts, Coordinating sales projects and solving client problems
Requirements
- At least 1 year sales experience in ISP, IT or other related industries
- Bachelor degree in marketing or IT
- Language proficiency in Chinese, English and Vietnamese are an advantage

Technical Service Officer
Duties
- Install internet connection and other communication connections for customer following to procedures
- Resolve technical issues for customers on the phone and by visiting the customer’s site
- Keep records of service to customers
- Keep track of company stock/equipment and property
- Escalate and report issues and concerns to supervisor and manager as required
- Perform professional communication with customers by face to face, on the phone and email
- Provide details of potential customers or upgraded sales leads to the Sales Team
- Follow up processes, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or other related fields
- At least one year-experience with Modems, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPN, Firewall, WiMAX, XDSL, Fibre Optic and other internet related technologies
- Experience with common computer operating systems and Internet related Applications eg. Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Emails
- Flexible to work on rotating schedule and travelling to work at the fields
- Be good at speaking and writing in English
- Chinese language skills are an advantage
- Be good at communication, initiative, patient, and problem solving
