Finance & Admin Manager

Duties

To manage and ensure the effective operation of Live & Learn's Finance, Administration and Human Resource Management according to Live &Learn Good Practice Manual and Procedures
To provide high quality Financial, Admin and HR support to all the programs, projects and unit in Live & Learn Cambodia (LLC)

Requirements

Master degree in Public Finance Management or MBA major Accounting
At least 3 years Finance &Admin Manager experiences
Demonstrate experience to manage and operate Accounting System-MYOB is preferable
Experience in working for a NGO or similar institution
Demonstrated experience of financial policy review and development
Reliable, good organizational skills, punctual and able to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to LLC’s values and objectives
