The assistant manager is responsible for marketing operation and liaising with overseas and local suppliers. For well understanding of the 240 Phnom Penh residential project, a thorough training and education will be provided to the candidate.

  Duties
  • Market research, creative approach to marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the existing sales team to enhance the presence of ‘240 Phnom Penh’ in the property market
  • Liaise with overseas and local suppliers
  • Assist in communication with local government authority
  • Work autonomously in problem solving
  Requirements
  • Good command of written and verbal skills in English and Khmer. Understanding of Chinese is preferred
  • Solid background marketing management
  • Previous experience in property market is preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Possession of a valid driving license is preferred
  • Demonstrated confidence in presentation
  • Able to work under stress and heavy workload in peak time
