Boutique Shop Supervisor
Duties
- Oversee the daily operation at assigned Bambou Indochine Boutique Shop
- Maintain proper shop records: reports, transfers, payroll and inventory control
- Receive deliveries from main stock and processes the necessary documentation
- Inventory control, receiving and merchandise display
- Maintain a good working relationship with main office, co-workers and subordinates
- Provide and ensure excellent customer service
- Demonstrate good sales techniques by performing suggestive selling and add-on sales. Follow up with staff to ensure add-on sales are performing
- Performing cashiering duties properly
- Stock product as necessary, make sure all displays are kept stocked, neat and clean within the guidelines of Bambou Indochine Standard
- Ensure a safe work area and keeping the sales floor clean
- Give accurate helpful information to boutique shop visitors
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager
Requirements
- Good command of English speaking
- Other language than English/Khmer is a plus
- Have proven experiences in similar role
- A good team leader with self-motivation
- Able to communicate clearly with a variety of people at all levels
- Committed to the needs of the customer
- Adaptable and a quick thinker prepared to make decisions
- Computer literature – Microsoft Office and POS system
