Assistant to IT Manager
Duties
- Assist IT Manager Managing/maintaining all in-house Database systems and implementing new database for storage and retrieval of company records
- Assist IT Manager to maintain all IT equipments and technical equipments
- Assist managing IT security and data back-up
- Configure and monitor company anti-virus system definition update
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Ensure that all data is backed up regularly in weekly basis and properly maintained
- Assist in maintenance of Network Server, Mail server, firewall, troubleshooting workstations, helpdesk activities, WAN & LAN etc
- Ensure software development and network security is well operated
- Work closely with IT Manager to develop the company IT system infrastructure and keep up to date of advance technology
- Provide IT trainings to all in-house end-users whenever there is requirement
- Able to install, setup software and hardware
- Perform other tasks as assigned by IT manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science /MIS or equivalent field
- At least two years experiences in IT and database
- Be good to design and analysis database and strong skill in SQL, Network, Security
- Good knowledge in Microsoft windows server 2008 such as: Domain controller, DNS, DHCP
- Be familiar with Virtualization Hyper-V Manager
- Good knowledge in firewall and VPN
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill
- Capability to communicate and work with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability travelling to support all IT issues at provinces

Assistant to General Manager
Duties
- DUTIES
- Prepares and monitors budget by gathering and organizing financial information; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; implementing corrective actions
- Maintains facilities by planning space allocations, layouts, and floor moves; arranging for and supervising building maintenance
- Maintains records by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
- Maintains equipment by planning equipment procurement and maintenance; evaluating products, service, and warranties
- Maintains building services by identifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors
- Accomplishes project results by communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational data and trends
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
- Enhances department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- OTHER DUTIES TO PERFORM AS VETERINARY MEDICINE
- Examine animals to detect and determine the nature of diseases or injuries
- Treat sick or injured animals by prescribing medication, setting bones, dressing wounds, or performing surgery
- Inoculate animals against various diseases such rabies and distemper
- Collect body tissue, feces, blood, urine or other body fluids for examination and analysis
- Operate diagnostic equipment such as radiographic and ultrasound equipment and interpret the resulting images
- Advice supervisor regarding sanitary measures, feeding and general care necessary to promote health of animals
Requirements
- Nursing degree or equivalent, knowledge of basic wound care and medication usage
- Good knowledge of speaking and writing Khmer and English
- One year to two years of relevant experiences in Veterinary medicine and support
- Good in English communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork
- Be hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Good health condition
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office & Internet/E-mail)

Accounting Staff
Duties
- Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data
- Ensuring the internal control to make sure that business activities are accurately and transparently maintained with cost effectiveness and efficiency
- Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements reconciling accounts
- Develops and implements accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes
- Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data
- Provides accounting support for mergers and acquisitions by reviewing financial information converting data to general ledger system; obtaining supplementary information for preparing financial statements
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Monthly general ledger closing including preparation of journal entries
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash monitoring
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations on various accounts including accounts receivable, deferred revenue, fixed assets, etc
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA is a must
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experiences and practice in internal control
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong PC skills including advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Experience working with and managing revenue recognition is essential
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of the General Ledger along with the ability to multi-task is required
- Must be a self-starter that is proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Landscaping Supervisors
Duties
- Plans, schedules, assigns, and supervises the landscaping, seeding, weeding, cultivating, and general care of the grounds
- Plans and supervises cultivation, pruning, spraying, and transplanting of a large variety of shrubs and trees
- Prepares working sketches for the development, improvement, or expansion of landscaped areas
- Requisitions and distributes materials and equipment for grounds maintenance work
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Supervises all landscaping personnel; duties include planning, scheduling, organizing and directing work, training personnel and recommending applicants for employment or for discipline, termination or retention
- Teaches and enforces safety regulations, monitors jobs both indoors and outdoors to ensure quality and compliance with job standards
- Establishes standard operating procedures for landscape maintenance work activities
- Develops and enforces safety regulations and policies
- Assists in performing the more difficult and complex landscape maintenance work
- Makes recommendations to upper management on staffing requirements, including hiring, evaluations, disciplinary and termination matters of assigned personnel
- Performs related duties as may be assigned
