Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
Duties
- PROJECT SUPPORT
- Responsible for successful monitoring and evaluation of Malteser International program and projects, including the strategic information and related field
- Support Team Leaders and project staffs to ensure all project objectives are met and activities implement according to work plan and timeframes
- Develop in close co-operation with the project team M&E guideline, M&E plan, data management and reporting systems and tools
- Assist program staff in developing appropriate and indicators and targets to measure outcomes and impact of intervention for Malteser International and all projects
- Assist to produce Malteser International annual, semester, quarterly and monthly progress reports and ensuring narrative and data support one another
- Ensure all data is provided by staff and follow up as required
- Assist in conducting of survey and studies (assist in development of questionnaires, staff training, and supervision of data collection)
- Represent the organization at meetings, workshops, and where required
- IT/DATA MANAGEMENT
- In close co-operation with the project team design and create project related with databases including survey databases
- Translating and validating data before entering into database
- Regular monthly project data collection an entering processes
- Database Maintenance and administration
- Preparing statistical and first stage analytical reports based on project needs
- Assisting CBHI, MCH, FSN or other projects in supervision and validation of local partners database systems
- Provide IT user support when required
- TRANSLATION
- Assist with translation and interpretation when required
Requirements
- Good at English speaking, writing and listening
- Strong team work experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Research Study, Management or many equivalent
- At least 2 years experiences related to M&E post
- At least one year experience in writing reports
- At least 2 years professional working experience in database programming and technical related projects
- Experience in administrating and developing relational database using MS SQL or MS Access is higher desirable
- Be proficient in administering computers systems and user supports
- Be able to solve problems in a rational manner
