RECOFTC is seeking a Training Officer to work in the Cambodia Country Program (CCP) Office. The successful applicant will be based in Phnom Penh. The contract duration is for 2 years with a possibility of extension.

Under the overall guidance of the RECOFTC Cambodia Country Program Coordinator (CPC) and under the direct supervision of CCP’s Training Coordinator and in coordination with the CF Partnership Coordinator and other RECOFTC headquarters staff, the TO will assist in the development,, implementation and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of training program activities of RECOFTC projects in Cambodia. S/he will actively work with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate training activities of CCP projects.
