Sales and Marketing
Duties
- Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers
- Developing and Executing marketing plan and campaigns to drive business growth and achieve targets within budget
- Develop and Implement marketing campaigns and all above and below the line activities to optimize sales and cost effectiveness
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
- Analyze market situation and competitors for the purpose of designing appropriate marketing strategies which are able to achieve the market share
- Measure the sales teams progress against leading indicators
- Develop and continuously evaluate/adjust promotional and advertising activities
- Update sales forecast and monitoring quarterly basis
- Monitoring and arranging the distribution of promotional materials
- Monitoring and coordinating the production of promotional materials
- Coordinating with and reporting to managers to carry out campaigns
- Report market requirements, trends to Overseas Business Development Manager
- Other duties may be assigned as required
Requirements
- Education Level: Bachelor degree of Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience: At least 1-3 years work experience in sales and marketing position or product marketing will be advantaged
- Others
- Male age not over 28 years old
- Cambodia nationality
- Be analytical Skill, Hard working and good communication skills
- Self Starter with dynamic and result-oriented personality
- Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote office without supervision
- Can speak and writing English
- PC literate and good software skills(MS office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to travel upcountry/ abroad when required
