Duties + Requirements
Technical Sales Representative
 
  Duties
  • Capable to meet sale commitment
  • Deliver presentations of products at customer sites and at conferences
  • Build relationship, Keeping in contact with existing customers/farmers in person and by phone
  • Find target customer and increase sales volume
  • Develop sales strategies and sales plans
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Handle and solve customers’ complaint and problems, answering technical questions about product
  • Acting as liaisons between suppliers, and clients
  • Assisting Manager in coordinating various integrated communication and marketing activities
  • Report market situation and competitor activities to sale manager
  • Plan own activities to make strong sales, weekly report sales, monthly report sales
  • Follow up for collection of payments
  • Follow up, services after sales
  Requirements
  • BS in Agronomy or the field of marketing, Agricultural Marketing or Sales skill
  • 1 year related technical sales fertilizer experiences will be advantage
  • Excellent presentation skills, Good time management and planning skill
  • A thorough knowledge about sales and marketing strategies
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving  
  • Good business mind, strong interpersonal skill and Excellent communication, negotiation
  • Ability to withstand criticism and irritated people
  • The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets
  • Good computer literacy (Ms. Office, Internet & E-mail)
  • Good understanding of English language and Thai is a bonus
  • Self-starter, initiative, mature, team player, honest, willing to work hard and smart
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Own transport essential
  • Willing to travel, you could well be working from home, transmitting orders, reports and sales analyses to your office
