Save the Children is looking for a high qualified and motivated candidate to fill in the position of IT Assistant based in Phnom Penh. IT ASSISTANT =========== Within delegated authority, the IT Assistant will be responsible for supporting the IT Coordinator in implementing and supporting information systems at Save the Children. S/he will provide assistance in the Local Area Network Administration, Hardware and Software Support, Communication Support, Security and Backup, Standards/Procedures and User Training.

Duties + Requirements

IT Assistant

Requirements

Bachelor degree in IT or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of work experience in system administration, supporting & troubleshooting desktops and software applications
Knowledge of network design, configuration and management
Practical experience and knowledge of Windows 2003/2008 server, Windows XP, Windows 7 and Office 2007/2010
Good understanding and experience of router configuration, VPN technology and remote access
Technological awareness, up-to-date knowledge and skills on latest development in the IT systems field
Good written and verbal communication skill in English/Khmer
Customer/client focus
Willing to learn new thing
